When you join the Association, you will undergo a personal assessment on the basis of which you will know where to develop further. We will evaluate how your team is doing within company assessment and plan their development.

Adam is a real negotiation maker, he strives to explain the underlying aspects before and during any negotiation, while providing strategic advices that help improve our mindset towards a deal making approach that fosters the use of specific tactics well explained and resumed.
