I have not experienced a better, tougher, but at the same time kinder coach. Probably a handicap from his profession as a professional negotiator - he fulfills the rule “be the nicest in the room” perfectly. I just wanted to give it a try. Unreal error and naivety!
Right after my first Rhetoric and Influencing training, I found out that I had not experienced better and more intense training... and that I was screwed (I would write in hell, but due to concerns about my role and status, I want to look decent). I knew that if I wanted to move forward a good chunk, if I wanted to get an advantage over any opposing side, I had to do some more Radim training. Therefore, if you do not want to suffer from addiction, do not want to learn from the best and want to always remain the best of others, do not go to Radim's trainings at all and block him on LinkedIn.
I didn't make it. I succumbed. I went through additional trainings up to FBI Commander®. And I do not regret a second of time, not a drop of sweat, not a single crown that I paid for workouts. Radim is not only a world-class professional in negotiation, co-author of books with Chris Voss, but also a top coach, mentor, leader and friend.
