Equation for multi-party negotiation:bargaining power = information gained + coalition formation. Last week, Diamond Bargaining Training took place under the baton of the Association of Negotiators. Radim Paris once again put us under extreme pressure through several hours of unique simulations in which we reached the edge of our possibilities.

It all started a few days before the training session, when we were assigned a simulation of multi-party negotiation for a total of seven parties with different interests and motives, which accompanied the behind-the-scenes negotiations and coalition formation. We were able to conclude the negotiations successfully only the next day. I thank my great team mate Věra Tůmová and the other participants in the bee training with Adam Dolejš, because you gave me a whole new perspective on negotiations. Another negotiation simulation put us under pressure again. There were few negotiating parties, little information, differing interests and motives not only individual parties, but also individual team members. The course of negotiations was turbulent, full of twists, new information, sweat and emotions. We negotiated until the evening hours. Our neuroplasticity has shaken at the foundations.

Thank you Radime for your ingeniously composed and guided training in which you showed us how to make diamonds from coal. Thanks for taking me far beyond my comfort zone and showing me my limits.

We create space

We will arrange a physical place to meet, refreshments and other basic comforts. Each meeting takes place under the direction of an experienced facilitator in order to effectively reach the goal. We record the meeting and then provide participants with minutes so that they can focus on the topic.
